Since our products are non-tangible and digital, we generally do not offer refunds once a package or file has been purchased and downloaded. By buying from our site, you agree to this policy.

We provide software files and data to fix phones, but you must have the necessary technical knowledge to use them. Our files will only work if you meet all the specific requirements for your device's problem, model, and brand. There're many internal requirements too..!

Please be aware that even experienced professionals with over a decade in this field may not have all the knowledge for every situation. Even if our files and tools are 100% functional, they may not work for you if just one requirement isn't met. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund policy after a file is purchased or downloaded. If you need any assurance or have questions, we strongly urge you to contact us before you make a purchase.

1. We do not issue refunds if you download a file and then realize you don’t know how to use it.
2. We do not issue refunds if you fail to correctly identify the problem with your device or download the wrong file.
3. It is your responsibility to know exactly what you need. Our file listings are available for you to view without even registering.
4. Important Note on File Extensions and Formats : File extensions and formats (such as .OFP, .BIN, etc.) are constantly changing as brands release new official files. We check and verify that all official files in our collection are valid. If a new file comes with an unfamiliar extension or format, we will check it against our knowledge base. If our checks confirm the file is valid, we will not issue a refund, even if you are not familiar with the new format.

When We MAY Consider a Refund.

We may consider a refund request under the following specific circumstances:

1. No Download or Use: If you purchase a package and our system shows it has not been used or downloaded, you may be eligible for a refund. The same applies if you purchase a single file and have not downloaded it. We will not accept any excuses or reasons for a refund if our system shows the file has already been downloaded. Our system's download record is final.
2. Download or Unzipping Issues: If a file you downloaded is corrupted or has a problem, we will check our system. If we confirm the issue, we will issue a refund and cancel the service from your account. You must report these issues within 1 days of your purchase. 
3. Product Not As Described: If you contact us for assurance before you make a purchase and we confirm that a refund will be issued, we will honor that agreement. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy, and we will require a chat record from our official WhatsApp number (+8801754079797) as proof.
4. Corrupted File: If a file is corrupted, we will work to resolve the issue. If we can't, a refund will be considered. If your account is banned, it is because our system has detected that you were attempting to copy or misuse our files, and no refund will be issued.

Important Warnings & Conditions :

1. Files are for personal, professional use only. You are not permitted to use our files to create a file-hosting business. If we notice a user copying our data, we will deactivate the account without notice or refund.
2. Everything has limits. Do not download files excessively or in a manner that suggests you are trying to copy our data.
3. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software or other devices you use.
